| תְּהִלָּ֗ה לְדָ֫וִ֥ד אֲרוֹמִמְךָ֣ אֱלוֹהַ֣י הַמֶּ֑לֶךְ וַאֲבָרֲכָ֥ה שִׁ֝מְךָ֗ לְעוֹלָ֥ם וָעֶֽד׃ | א | 1 | [A Psalm of] praise; of David. {N} I will extol Thee, my God, O King; and I will bless Thy name for ever and ever. |
| בְּכָל־י֥וֹם אֲבָרֲכֶ֑ךָּ וַאֲהַלְלָ֥ה שִׁ֝מְךָ֗ לְעוֹלָ֥ם וָעֶֽד׃ | ב | 2 | Every day will I bless Thee; and I will praise Thy name for ever and ever. |
| גָּ֘ד֤וֹל יְהוָ֣ה וּמְהֻלָּ֣ל מְאֹ֑ד וְ֝לִגְדֻלָּת֗וֹ אֵ֣ין חֵֽקֶר׃ | ג | 3 | Great is Yehovah, and highly to be praised; and His greatness is unsearchable. |
| דּ֣וֹר לְ֭דוֹר יְשַׁבַּ֣ח מַעֲשֶׂ֑יךָ וּגְב֖וּרֹתֶ֣יךָ יַגִּֽידוּ׃ | ד | 4 | One generation shall laud Thy works to another, and shall declare Thy mighty acts. |
| הֲ֭דַר כְּב֣וֹד הוֹדֶ֑ךָ וְדִבְרֵ֖י נִפְלְאוֹתֶ֣יךָ אָשִֽׂיחָה׃ | ה | 5 | The glorious splendour of Thy majesty, and Thy wondrous works, will I rehearse. |
| וֶעֱז֣וּז נוֹרְאֹתֶ֣יךָ יֹאמֵ֑רוּ וּגְדוּלָּתְךָ֥ וגדולתיך אֲסַפְּרֶֽנָּה׃ | ו | 6 | And men shall speak of the might of Thy tremendous acts; and I will tell of Thy greatness. |
| זֵ֣כֶר רַב־טוּבְךָ֣ יַבִּ֑יעוּ וְצִדְקָתְךָ֥ יְרַנֵּֽנוּ׃ | ז | 7 | They shall utter the fame of Thy great goodness, and shall sing of Thy righteousness. |
| חַנּ֣וּן וְרַח֣וּם יְהוָ֑ה אֶ֥רֶךְ אַ֝פַּ֗יִם וּגְדָל־חָֽסֶד׃ | ח | 8 | Yehovah is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy. |
| טוֹב־יְהוָ֥ה לַכֹּ֑ל וְ֝רַחֲמָ֗יו עַל־כָּל־מַעֲשָֽׂיו׃ | ט | 9 | Yehovah is good to all; and His tender mercies are over all His works. |
| יוֹד֣וּךָ יְ֭הוָה כָּל־מַעֲשֶׂ֑יךָ וַ֝חֲסִידֶ֗יךָ יְבָרֲכֽוּכָה׃ | י | 10 | All Thy works shall praise Thee, Yehovah; and Thy saints shall bless Thee. |
| כְּב֣וֹד מַלְכוּתְךָ֣ יֹאמֵ֑רוּ וּגְבוּרָתְךָ֥ יְדַבֵּֽרוּ׃ | יא | 11 | They shall speak of the glory of Thy kingdom, and talk of Thy might; |
| לְהוֹדִ֤יעַ ׀ לִבְנֵ֣י הָ֭אָדָם גְּבוּרֹתָ֑יו וּ֝כְב֗וֹד הֲדַ֣ר מַלְכוּתֽוֹ׃ | יב | 12 | To make known to the sons of men His mighty acts, and the glory of the majesty of His kingdom. |
| מַֽלְכוּתְךָ֗ מַלְכ֥וּת כָּל־עֹֽלָמִ֑ים וּ֝מֶֽמְשֶׁלְתְּךָ֗ בְּכָל־דּ֥וֹר וָדֽוֹר׃ | יג | 13 | Thy kingdom is a kingdom for all ages, and Thy dominion endureth throughout all generations. |
| סוֹמֵ֣ךְ יְ֭הוָה לְכָל־הַנֹּפְלִ֑ים וְ֝זוֹקֵ֗ף לְכָל־הַכְּפוּפִֽים׃ | יד | 14 | Yehovah upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all those that are bowed down. |
| עֵֽינֵי־כֹ֭ל אֵלֶ֣יךָ יְשַׂבֵּ֑רוּ וְאַתָּ֤ה נֽוֹתֵן־לָהֶ֖ם אֶת־אָכְלָ֣ם בְּעִתּֽוֹ׃ | יה | 15 | The eyes of all wait for Thee, and Thou givest them their food in due season. |
| פּוֹתֵ֥חַ אֶת־יָדֶ֑ךָ וּמַשְׂבִּ֖יעַ לְכָל־חַ֣י רָצֽוֹן׃ | יו | 16 | Thou openest Thy hand, and satisfiest every living thing with favour. |
| צַדִּ֣יק יְ֭הוָה בְּכָל־דְּרָכָ֑יו וְ֝חָסִ֗יד בְּכָל־מַעֲשָֽׂיו׃ | יז | 17 | Yehovah is righteous in all His ways, and gracious in all His works. |
| קָר֣וֹב יְ֭הוָה לְכָל־קֹרְאָ֑יו לְכֹ֤ל אֲשֶׁ֖ר יִקְרָאֻ֣הוּ בֶאֱמֶֽת׃ | יח | 18 | Yehovah is nigh unto all them that call upon Him, to all that call upon Him in truth. |
| רְצוֹן־יְרֵאָ֥יו יַעֲשֶׂ֑ה וְֽאֶת־שַׁוְעָתָ֥ם יִ֝שְׁמַ֗ע וְיוֹשִׁיעֵֽם׃ | יט | 19 | He will fulfil the desire of them that fear Him; He also will hear their cry, and will save them. |
| שׁוֹמֵ֣ר יְ֭הוָה אֶת־כָּל־אֹהֲבָ֑יו וְאֵ֖ת כָּל־הָרְשָׁעִ֣ים יַשְׁמִֽיד׃ | כ | 20 | Yehovah preserveth all them that love Him; but all the wicked will He destroy. |
| תְּהִלַּ֥ת יְהוָ֗ה יְֽדַבֶּ֫ר־פִּ֥י וִיבָרֵ֣ךְ כָּל־בָּ֭שָׂר שֵׁ֥ם קָדְשׁ֗וֹ לְעוֹלָ֥ם וָעֶֽד׃ | כא | 21 | My mouth shall speak the praise of Yehovah; and let all flesh bless His holy name for ever and ever. {P} |

| הַֽלְלוּ־יָ֡הּ הַלְלִ֥י נַ֝פְשִׁ֗י אֶת־יְהוָֽה׃ | א | 1 | Hallelu-Yah. {N} Praise Yehovah, O my soul. |
| אֲהַלְלָ֣ה יְהוָ֣ה בְּחַיָּ֑י אֲזַמְּרָ֖ה לֵֽאלֹהַ֣י בְּעוֹדִֽי׃ | ב | 2 | I will praise Yehovah while I live; I will sing praises unto my God while I have my being. |
| אַל־תִּבְטְח֥וּ בִנְדִיבִ֑ים בְּבֶן־אָדָ֓ם ׀ שֶׁ֤אֵֽין ל֥וֹ תְשׁוּעָֽה׃ | ג | 3 | Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help. |
| תֵּצֵ֣א ר֭וּחוֹ יָשֻׁ֣ב לְאַדְמָת֑וֹ בַּיּ֥וֹם הַ֝ה֗וּא אָבְד֥וּ עֶשְׁתֹּנֹתָֽיו׃ | ד | 4 | His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his dust; in that very day his thoughts perish. |
| אַשְׁרֵ֗י שֶׁ֤אֵ֣ל יַעֲקֹ֣ב בְּעֶזְר֑וֹ שִׂ֝בְר֗וֹ עַל־יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהָֽיו׃ | ה | 5 | Happy is he whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in Yehovah his God, |
| עֹשֶׂ֤ה ׀ שָׁ֘מַ֤יִם וָאָ֗רֶץ אֶת־הַיָּ֥ם וְאֶת־כָּל־אֲשֶׁר־בָּ֑ם הַשֹּׁמֵ֖ר אֱמֶ֣ת לְעוֹלָֽם׃ | ו | 6 | Who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is; {N} who keepeth truth for ever; |
| עֹשֶׂ֤ה מִשְׁפָּ֨ט ׀ לָעֲשׁוּקִ֗ים נֹתֵ֣ן לֶ֭חֶם לָרְעֵבִ֑ים יְ֝הוָ֗ה מַתִּ֥יר אֲסוּרִֽים׃ | ז | 7 | Who executeth justice for the oppressed; who giveth bread to the hungry. Yehovah looseth the prisoners; |
| יְהוָ֤ה ׀ פֹּ֘קֵ֤חַ עִוְרִ֗ים יְ֭הוָה זֹקֵ֣ף כְּפוּפִ֑ים יְ֝הוָ֗ה אֹהֵ֥ב צַדִּיקִֽים׃ | ח | 8 | Yehovah openeth the eyes of the blind; Yehovah raiseth up them that are bowed down; Yehovah loveth the righteous; |
| יְהוָ֤ה ׀ שֹׁ֘מֵ֤ר אֶת־גֵּרִ֗ים יָת֣וֹם וְאַלְמָנָ֣ה יְעוֹדֵ֑ד וְדֶ֖רֶךְ רְשָׁעִ֣ים יְעַוֵּֽת׃ | ט | 9 | Yehovah preserveth the strangers; He upholdeth the fatherless and the widow; but the way of the wicked He maketh crooked. |
| יִמְלֹ֤ךְ יְהוָ֨ה ׀ לְעוֹלָ֗ם אֱלֹהַ֣יִךְ צִ֭יּוֹן לְדֹ֥ר וָדֹ֗ר הַֽלְלוּ־יָֽהּ׃ | י | 10 | Yehovah will reign for ever, thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. {N} Hallelu-Yah. |

| הַ֥לְלוּ יָ֨הּ ׀ כִּי־ט֭וֹב זַמְּרָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵ֑ינוּ כִּֽי־נָ֝עִים נָאוָ֥ה תְהִלָּֽה׃ | א | 1 | Hallelu Yah; {N} for it is good to sing praises unto our God; for it is pleasant, and praise is comely. |
| בּוֹנֵ֣ה יְרוּשָׁלִַ֣ם יְהוָ֑ה נִדְחֵ֖י יִשְׂרָאֵ֣ל יְכַנֵּֽס׃ | ב | 2 | Yehovah doth build up Yerushalam, He gathereth together the dispersed of Israel; |
| הָ֭רֹפֵא לִשְׁב֣וּרֵי לֵ֑ב וּ֝מְחַבֵּ֗שׁ לְעַצְּבוֹתָֽם׃ | ג | 3 | Who healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds. |
| מוֹנֶ֣ה מִ֭סְפָּר לַכּוֹכָבִ֑ים לְ֝כֻלָּ֗ם שֵׁמ֥וֹת יִקְרָֽא׃ | ד | 4 | He counteth the number of the stars; He giveth them all their names. |
| גָּד֣וֹל אֲדוֹנֵ֣ינוּ וְרַב־כֹּ֑חַ לִ֝תְבוּנָת֗וֹ אֵ֣ין מִסְפָּֽר׃ | ה | 5 | Great is our Lord, and mighty in power; His understanding is infinite. |
| מְעוֹדֵ֣ד עֲנָוִ֣ים יְהוָ֑ה מַשְׁפִּ֖יל רְשָׁעִ֣ים עֲדֵי־אָֽרֶץ׃ | ו | 6 | Yehovah upholdeth the humble; He bringeth the wicked down to the ground. |
| עֱנ֣וּ לַיהוָ֣ה בְּתוֹדָ֑ה זַמְּר֖וּ לֵאלֹהֵ֣ינוּ בְכִנּֽוֹר׃ | ז | 7 | Sing unto Yehovah with thanksgiving, sing praises upon the harp unto our God; |
| הַֽמְכַסֶּ֬ה שָׁמַ֨יִם ׀ בְּעָבִ֗ים הַמֵּכִ֣ין לָאָ֣רֶץ מָטָ֑ר הַמַּצְמִ֖יחַ הָרִ֣ים חָצִֽיר׃ | ח | 8 | Who covereth the heaven with clouds, who prepareth rain for the earth, {N} who maketh the mountains to spring with grass. |
| נוֹתֵ֣ן לִבְהֵמָ֣ה לַחְמָ֑הּ לִבְנֵ֥י עֹ֝רֵ֗ב אֲשֶׁ֣ר יִקְרָֽאוּ׃ | ט | 9 | He giveth to the beast his food, and to the young ravens which cry. |
| לֹ֤א בִגְבוּרַ֣ת הַסּ֣וּס יֶחְפָּ֑ץ לֹֽא־בְשׁוֹקֵ֖י הָאִ֣ישׁ יִרְצֶֽה׃ | י | 10 | He delighteth not in the strength of the horse; He taketh no pleasure in the legs of a man. |
| רוֹצֶ֣ה יְ֭הוָה אֶת־יְרֵאָ֑יו אֶת־הַֽמְיַחֲלִ֥ים לְחַסְדּֽוֹ׃ | יא | 11 | Yehovah taketh pleasure in them that fear Him, in those that wait for His mercy. |
| שַׁבְּחִ֣י יְ֭רוּשָׁלִַם אֶת־יְהוָ֑ה הַֽלְלִ֖י אֱלֹהַ֣יִךְ צִיּֽוֹן׃ | יב | 12 | Glorify Yehovah, O Yerushalam; praise thy God, O Zion. |
| כִּֽי־חִ֭זַּק בְּרִיחֵ֣י שְׁעָרָ֑יִךְ בֵּרַ֖ךְ בָּנַ֣יִךְ בְּקִרְבֵּֽךְ׃ | יג | 13 | For He hath made strong the bars of thy gates; He hath blessed thy children within thee. |
| הַשָּׂם־גְּבוּלֵ֥ךְ שָׁל֑וֹם חֵ֥לֶב חִ֝טִּ֗ים יַשְׂבִּיעֵֽךְ׃ | יד | 14 | He maketh thy borders peace; He giveth thee in plenty the fat of wheat. |
| הַשֹּׁלֵ֣חַ אִמְרָת֣וֹ אָ֑רֶץ עַד־מְ֝הֵרָ֗ה יָר֥וּץ דְּבָרֽוֹ׃ | יה | 15 | He sendeth out His commandment upon earth; His word runneth very swiftly. |
| הַנֹּתֵ֣ן שֶׁ֣לֶג כַּצָּ֑מֶר כְּ֝פ֗וֹר כָּאֵ֥פֶר יְפַזֵּֽר׃ | יו | 16 | He giveth snow like wool; He scattereth the hoar-frost like ashes. |
| מַשְׁלִ֣יךְ קַֽרְח֣וֹ כְפִתִּ֑ים לִפְנֵ֥י קָ֝רָת֗וֹ מִ֣י יַעֲמֹֽד׃ | יז | 17 | He casteth forth His ice like crumbs; who can stand before His cold? |
| יִשְׁלַ֣ח דְּבָר֣וֹ וְיַמְסֵ֑ם יַשֵּׁ֥ב ר֝וּח֗וֹ יִזְּלוּ־מָֽיִם׃ | יח | 18 | He sendeth forth His word, and melteth them; He causeth His wind to blow, and the waters flow. |
| מַגִּ֣יד דְּבָרָ֣יו דברו לְיַעֲקֹ֑ב חֻקָּ֥יו וּ֝מִשְׁפָּטָ֗יו לְיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ | יט | 19 | He declareth His word unto Jacob, His statutes and His ordinances unto Israel. |
| לֹ֘א עָ֤שָׂה כֵ֨ן ׀ לְכָל־גּ֗וֹי וּמִשְׁפָּטִ֥ים בַּל־יְדָע֗וּם הַֽלְלוּ־יָֽהּ׃ | כ | 20 | He hath not dealt so with any nation; and as for His ordinances, they have not known them. {N} Hallelu-Yah. |
