| לַמְנַצֵּ֥חַ אַל־תַּשְׁחֵ֑ת מִזְמ֖וֹר לְאָסָ֣ף שִֽׁיר׃ | א | 1 | For the Leader; Al-tashheth. A Psalm of Asaph, a Song. |
| ה֘וֹדִ֤ינוּ לְּךָ֨ ׀ אֱֽלֹהִ֗ים ה֭וֹדִינוּ וְקָר֣וֹב שְׁמֶ֑ךָ סִ֝פְּר֗וּ נִפְלְאוֹתֶֽיךָ׃ | ב | 2 | We give thanks unto Thee, O God, we give thanks, and Thy name is near; men tell of Thy wondrous works. |
| כִּ֭י אֶקַּ֣ח מוֹעֵ֑ד אֲ֝נִ֗י מֵישָׁרִ֥ים אֶשְׁפֹּֽט׃ | ג | 3 | 'When I take the appointed time, I Myself will judge with equity. |
| נְֽמֹגִ֗ים אֶ֥רֶץ וְכָל־יֹשְׁבֶ֑יהָ אָנֹכִ֨י תִכַּ֖נְתִּי עַמּוּדֶ֣יהָ סֶּֽלָה׃ | ד | 4 | When the earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved, I Myself establish the pillars of it.' Selah |
| אָמַ֣רְתִּי לַֽ֭הוֹלְלִים אַל־תָּהֹ֑לּוּ וְ֝לָרְשָׁעִ֗ים אַל־תָּרִ֥ימוּ קָֽרֶן׃ | ה | 5 | I say unto the arrogant: 'Deal not arrogantly'; and to the wicked: 'Lift not up the horn.' |
| אַל־תָּרִ֣ימוּ לַמָּר֣וֹם קַרְנְכֶ֑ם תְּדַבְּר֖וּ בְצַוָּ֣אר עָתָֽק׃ | ו | 6 | Lift not up your horn on high; speak not insolence with a haughty neck. |
| כִּ֤י לֹ֣א מִ֭מּוֹצָא וּמִֽמַּעֲרָ֑ב וְ֝לֹ֗א מִמִּדְבַּ֥ר הָרִֽים׃ | ז | 7 | For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the wilderness, cometh lifting up. |
| כִּֽי־אֱלֹהִ֥ים שֹׁפֵ֑ט זֶ֥ה יַ֝שְׁפִּ֗יל וְזֶ֣ה יָרִֽים׃ | ח | 8 | For God is judge; He putteth down one, and lifteth up another. |
| כִּ֤י כ֪וֹס בְּֽיַד־יְהוָ֡ה וְיַ֤יִן חָמַ֨ר ׀ מָ֥לֵא מֶסֶךְ֮ וַיַּגֵּ֪ר מִ֫זֶּ֥ה אַךְ־שְׁ֭מָרֶיהָ יִמְצ֣וּ יִשְׁתּ֑וּ כֹּ֝֗ל רִשְׁעֵי־אָֽרֶץ׃ | ט | 9 | For in the hand of Yehovah there is a cup, with foaming wine, full of mixture, and He poureth out of the same; {N} surely the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall drain them, and drink them. |
| וַ֭אֲנִי אַגִּ֣יד לְעֹלָ֑ם אֲ֝זַמְּרָ֗ה לֵאלֹהֵ֥י יַעֲקֹֽב׃ | י | 10 | But as for me, I will declare for ever, I will sing praises to the God of Jacob. |
| וְכָל־קַרְנֵ֣י רְשָׁעִ֣ים אֲגַדֵּ֑עַ תְּ֝רוֹמַ֗מְנָה קַֽרְנ֥וֹת צַדִּֽיק׃ | יא | 11 | All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be lifted up. {P} |

| נוֹדָ֣ע בִּֽיהוּדָ֣ה אֱלֹהִ֑ים בְּ֝יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל גָּד֥וֹל שְׁמֽוֹ׃ | ב | 2 | In Judah is God known; His name is great in Israel. |
| וַיְהִ֣י בְשָׁלֵ֣ם סֻכּ֑וֹ וּמְע֖וֹנָת֣וֹ בְצִיּֽוֹן׃ | ג | 3 | In Salem also is set His tabernacle, and His dwelling-place in Zion. |
| שָׁ֭מָּה שִׁבַּ֣ר רִשְׁפֵי־קָ֑שֶׁת מָגֵ֬ן וְחֶ֖רֶב וּמִלְחָמָ֣ה סֶֽלָה׃ | ד | 4 | There He broke the fiery shafts of the bow; the shield, and the sword, and the battle. Selah |
| נָ֭אוֹר אַתָּ֥ה אַדִּ֗יר מֵֽהַרְרֵי־טָֽרֶף׃ | ה | 5 | Glorious art Thou and excellent, coming down from the mountains of prey. |
| אֶשְׁתּוֹלְל֨וּ ׀ אַבִּ֣ירֵי לֵ֭ב נָמ֣וּ שְׁנָתָ֑ם וְלֹא־מָצְא֖וּ כָל־אַנְשֵׁי־חַ֣יִל יְדֵיהֶֽם׃ | ו | 6 | The stout-hearted are bereft of sense, they sleep their sleep; {N} and none of the men of might have found their hands. |
| מִ֭גַּעֲרָ֣תְךָ אֱלֹהֵ֣י יַעֲקֹ֑ב נִ֝רְדָּ֗ם וְרֶ֣כֶב וָסֽוּס׃ | ז | 7 | At Thy rebuke, O God of Jacob, they are cast into a dead sleep, the riders also and the horses. |
| אַתָּ֤ה ׀ נ֥וֹרָא אַ֗תָּה וּמִֽי־יַעֲמֹ֥ד לְפָנֶ֗יךָ מֵאָ֥ז אַפֶּֽךָ׃ | ח | 8 | Thou, even Thou, art terrible; and who may stand in Thy sight when once Thou art angry? |
| מִ֭שָּׁמַיִם הִשְׁמַ֣עְתָּ דִּ֑ין אֶ֖רֶץ יָֽרְאָ֣ה וְשָׁקָֽטָה׃ | ט | 9 | Thou didst cause sentence to be heard from heaven; the earth feared, and was still, |
| בְּקוּם־לַמִּשְׁפָּ֥ט אֱלֹהִ֑ים לְהוֹשִׁ֖יעַ כָּל־עַנְוֵי־אֶ֣רֶץ סֶֽלָה׃ | י | 10 | When God arose to judgment, to save all the humble of the earth. Selah |
| כִּֽי־חֲמַ֣ת אָדָ֣ם תּוֹדֶ֑ךָּ שְׁאֵרִ֖ית חֵמֹ֣ת תַּחְגֹּֽר׃ | יא | 11 | Surely the wrath of man shall praise Thee; the residue of wrath shalt Thou gird upon Thee. |
| נִֽדֲר֣וּ וְשַׁלְּמוּ֮ לַיהוָ֪ה אֱֽלֹהֵ֫יכֶ֥ם כָּל־סְבִיבָ֑יו יוֹבִ֥ילוּ שַׁ֝֗י לַמּוֹרָֽא׃ | יב | 12 | Vow, and pay unto Yehovah your God; let all that are round about Him bring presents unto Him that is to be feared; |
| יִ֭בְצֹר ר֣וּחַ נְגִידִ֑ים נ֝וֹרָ֗א לְמַלְכֵי־אָֽרֶץ׃ | יג | 13 | He minisheth the spirit of princes; He is terrible to the kings of the earth. {P} |
